Fuel Their Inner Athlete

Nulo Freestyle offers a wide range of dry, wet, freeze-dried raw, treat, and topper recipes to fuel your dog’s adventures. These grain-free formulas use ingredients like sweet potatoes and chickpeas as low-glycemic, whole-food carbohydrate sources.

Compare the Top Ingredients

On average, 80-87% of the protein in Freestyle diets for dogs comes from animal sources, which provides your dog with the ideal amino acid profile. Compare that to the food you're feeding your canine athlete—does it measure up?

Core Nutritional Principles

Nulo recipes contain lots of animal-based protein derived from meat, poultry, and fish, to support a healthy heart and lean muscles. They’re also low in carbohydrates, with ingredients like spelt, lentils and sweet potatoes for lasting energy.

The Small Stuff Matters

All Nulo recipes contain low glycemic ingredients and responsible sources of carbohydrates to provide stable energy levels. They also contain GanedenBC30, an advanced natural probiotic with a protective spore casing, to support gut health.

About Nulo

Too expensive

My girl loved it and the one larger bag I purchased didn't last very long considering she's a Great Dane. Really love the product but unfortunately there's no way

My girl loved it and the one larger bag I purchased didn't last very long considering she's a Great Dane. Really love the product but unfortunately there's no way I can afford it as her daily feed. If the price would come down or the amount of food for the same price would expand I could afford it. Other than that it's a wonderful healthy product.

Not ordinary dry dog food.

My dog really liked this food. It is a bit expensive (I ordered without noticing it was ounces not pounds). If I order again will use as a topping to regular dry

My dog loves it

My Husky didn’t like his regular dry kibble. I mix a scoop of this product in a little bit of water, mush it up, mix it in the dry food, and he seems to enjoy it

Dog approved

Our dog goes wild when we use this as a special treat. He loves it, and it seems to be good for his regularity.

Fresher than regular kibble

The dogs liked it OK. I just can't see the expense for such a little tiny bag. I'm looking at other options.

She likes it

I use Nulo as an interesting change at the bottom of the bowl and fill up the bowl with dry dog food. Dolly eats the entire bowl and loves it.

After years of testing, trial and error, and head scratching by specialty vets, we've finally found a way to keep our dog on an even keel with no bloody diarrhea, vomiting, etc. She's on a hydrolyzed protein prescription diet and prescription vitamin D drops. To add more balance and variety to her diet we put a few pellets of this on her food and use them as training treats. She loves it, it doesn't aggravate her GI system, and one bag lasts about 6 weeks for our 45 pound beauty.

My 12 year old “toothless” dog likes them.

We’ve tried several softer foods since Mamie had her molars removed. She seems to like these and Hill Science “barley + chicken or beef”.
