I expected this to be very testy for my dog, but was disappointed.

I didn’t have any idea that a chicken added to the duck and my dog got sick and threw up and had diarea from the chicken that I wasn’t aware that it was part of

They love it and so easy to serve but expensive so will use as a topper.

Formulation changed without warning, Allergy warning!

The manufacturer Nulo changed the formulation of this food without warning. It used to contain only DUCK protein, and now contains mostly chicken. Our dog previously

The manufacturer Nulo changed the formulation of this food without warning. It used to contain only DUCK protein, and now contains mostly chicken. Our dog previously ate this food when it was made with Duck meat due to an allergy to chicken. Our dog has recently been getting sick. We didn't know why until noticing the label change today that the food has chicken in it. Cannot trust pet food companies to make food with the ingredients they advertise. They keep switching to the cheaper option. Appreciated a refund from Chewy, however. We will NOT be purchasing Nulo food again.

My dogs can be particular eaters, so when we tried this new, wet dog food, we were elated! Enter Nulo Gently-Cooked Meals Duck & Quinoa Recipe, a wet food that's rekindled their love for mealtime. The first ingredient is real duck, a novel protein source that even the pickiest pups find irresistible. I could clearly see all of the ingredients that were included, with duck, vegetables, and quinoa grains easily identifiable in the food packet. Both Zooey and Webber devoured every bite, licking their bowls clean. Other pros include its mild scent, meaning you're not stuck with a food your dogs love that smells a little too pungent. I have a 15 yo cattle dog and 2 yo golden. The cattle dog loved it. I poured it out and mixed it with kibble (their regular diet). The bag was easy to open. I squeezed the food out and used a spoon to scoop out a few remaining pieces. The cattle dog pushed kibble around to find the Nulo meal. She ate every piece and kicked the bowl clean. The golden was not as impressed. Still ate the food but slower. The golden is a picky eater so this came as no surprise. The first day the dogs’ stools were a little runny so I likely switched food too quickly. I fed the Nulo just once a day (with regular kibble the second meal of the day). The stools were back to normal by the third day.

I am very picky about the ingredients that my dogs eat. I have a 13 year old rescue that is a large mixed breed. He enjoyed this product as a food topper. I split each packet up and put half of the packet on top of his food at dinner time. My chihuahua had about 1/8 of the packet. My chihuahua wasn’t entirely thrilled about the flavor but he doesn’t typically enjoy duck, so that was to be expected. However, the second I opened the first packet, both dogs ran over to smell, it was THAT enticing! All in all, the ingredient list is top tier and I’m glad there’s not a ton of sodium in it. I will be repurchasing!

I used Nulo Duck & Quinoa as an addition to my dog's breakfast of dry dog food. It was a huge hit with all seven dogs. My dogs are, a Yorkipoo, Miniature Poole, two medium size mixed breeds, and 3 Great Pyrenees. The only downside was, one of my Great Pyrenees suffers with a sensitive stomach. This product was not kind to her condition.

The dogs seem to like it, and I haven't noticed any soft poops, especially from my husky who had a more sensitive stomach. I'd definitely buy this again as a topper for their regular dry food.
