Nulo uses wild-caught salmon from both Pacific and Atlantic waters (regions can vary based on the migratory path of the wild population), and includes a variety of species: Chinook (King), Chum (Keta), Humpy (Pink), Sockeye (Red), Coho (Silver), and Alaskan. As part of an intensive quality control program, Nulo fish ingredients are tested for potential contaminants including heavy metals like mercury, to ensure that they are safe. Nulo also require that their fish is sourced naturally-preserved without the use of ethoxyquin. A certificate of analysis (COA) is required to accompany every ingredient upon arrival to the pet food kitchen to ensure that it meets Nulo's strict requirements for nutrient and microbiological analysis before being used in their product.

I found this brand while on vacation at the coast. Fiona had already gone through all her other ones and I wanted something new for her. WOW, she crazy for these and there's a nice array of flavors, she loves the salmon the best. She usually gets tired of them after a bag or two but not these! All the dogs are getting these in their stocking this Christmas.
