Most commercial pet foods include baseline vitamins and nutrients, but some may not have the adequate amount to suit your pet’s exact health needs. Like in humans, vitamins and supplements can help support your pet’s long-term health, regulating everything from digestion to muscle growth. Consult your veterinarian to determine the best vitamins and supplements for your furry friend.

Surprised that I didn't have to wrap these in anything to get her to eat them. So far I just throw them in her bowl with her dry kibble and she eats them with her food. She is also not hobbling around when she gets up, so hoping this is the answer for a 4 year old Golden Retriever/Newfoundland.
I have a 9 yr old Golden retriever and a 5 yr old GSD started them when my shepherd was stiff from playing with the neighbors puppy. They worked quicker than expected and both my Puppers are running and playing so much better . Glad I found these on my second bottle. Definitely worth it !!
My dog loves these at dinner time, eats them right up. In two weeks I’ve noticed a huge difference. Remi is 9 and was starting to struggle jumping on the bed and getting up from a sitting position, but now that we’ve been on this supplement she seems much happier and more comfortable and getting around much much easier. I wasn’t too sure this would work but it surely did. Go ahead and get it. Your baby will be thankful. I know mine is.
I have a 12 year old German Shepherd dog with arthritis in his hips. I have tried multiple brands of joint health. He will eat them for a few days then refuses to eat them for any extended time. He is on his second bottle of the Cosequin and he loves it, he hears me open the bottle and is right by my side for his share. I don't have to hide it in any other food. It is well worth my giving him this for his arthritis.
My dog is allergic to it, contains brewers yeast. Does not state that ingredient on Chewy's ingredient page but does on the label of the tablet container. I suppose mentioning that it had brewers yeast may affect sales. Costly trip to the vet $$$.
My 13 -year/old Pekingese has been taking 1/2 Cosequin tablet daily forever. He thrives on good food, this, Dasuquin and Wellactin. Chewy staff is always upbeat, informed and helpful. Terrific.
At first was skeptical about trying this since my German Shepard is very food picky. When I crush these up and mix them with her wet food she doesn’t even know they are mixed in. Her vet recommended these due to some stiffness in her knee joints & glad he did and so did her pet sitter, will definitely recommend this product
With so many stores and online sources discontinuing products, it was nice to be able to find the glucosamine product we give our dogs. They must not taste as good as the label says as none of our dogs rush to gobble them up. We often have to coat the tablet in peanut butter or lunchmeat, but we know this is a good product to protect them longterm.
I’m quite happy with this product. I can get it cheaper through Chewy than I can get it locally and it comes right to my door! Now that’s service! I just hope my dogs love it as much as I do.
I had a dog that I started on Cosequin when he was 10 years old and noticed such a definite improvement that I wished i had started him on it sooner. I purchased this for my 5 year old rescue because I wanted to make sure I started her earlier.
