Cosequin

My dogs don’t care for the pill so finding the chewable was great. One dog, Jinx doesn’t care for it so I break it up in her food. Then the silly dog licks her bowl

My dogs don’t care for the pill so finding the chewable was great. One dog, Jinx doesn’t care for it so I break it up in her food. Then the silly dog licks her bowl clean. Marlee, however thinks it’s a treat. I break in half and give hers to her one half at a time. She’s a rescue dog that did not have the best of care. Her first dental included several teeth removed so her chewing isn’t the best. Giving the Cosequin is a great supplement. Makes me glad I am taking preventive measure whenever I can.

Our 14 year old Springer Spaniel, Merlin has been on these for over a month, and his health and mobility have definitely improved in that time. He enjoys them like a treat, and I appreciate the multi-functional support they provide. When he took regular Cosequin in the past, I also gave him multivitamins, but this formula seems to give him what he needs in one tasty soft chew. I have just started giving them to our younger Springer, Arthur, and he loves them too.

Great for my senior dogs

I decided to try Nutramax Cosequin Joint Health with multifunctional support for my senior dogs for their old joints to see if it would help them get around better

I decided to try Nutramax Cosequin Joint Health with multifunctional support for my senior dogs for their old joints to see if it would help them get around better. It comes in a resealable bag which is great to keep the chews fresh. The chews are about the size of nickel in circumference and thick (maybe a little larger), soft, and can easily be broken in half or quarters. The dosing amount is on the back of the bag. They do crumble easily. I’ve been adding them to my dogs food daily and they eat them with no problem. No issues/side effects so far. I was please to see that they help with joint issues, immune health, digestive issues, and skin/coat. My dogs get these in the morning with their food and seem to have more pep in their step so I believe the chews are helping with their joint issues. They haven’t been on it long enough to see results with their skin/coat but I have no doubt the Omega 3 will help. One of my dogs frequently has digestive issues and since taking this her digestive issues have lessened. I plan to keep my sweet senior dogs on these chews.

It’s hard to give a fair review because my dog would not eat them. I tried to give it to him plain And he would not accept it. I tried to cut it up and put it in his food. He decided he wasn’t going to eat his food when I put the pills in there. I’m really unable to review this product. I can say the pills did have a smell. They were a little bigger than I wished they would be but again as far as results I can’t say since he wouldn’t eat them.
