I have used Nutro Lamb and Rice for years. I started with my prior 2 dogs bc they had trouble digesting another brand that had chicken. On Nutro Lamb and Rice, they didn’t get sick or have gross poops. Those two dogs lived to be 15 and 18 years old. When I got my next 2 dogs, I was using another brand, but that did not work out for the Labrador. She would have loose poops. I switched back to using the Nutro Lamb and Rice. My Lab is 12, and my doodle is 8. Recently I have cut the amount of kibble served and then add some human food like hard boiled eggs, cheese, squash, green beans, or some freeze dried meats or fish. I started doing this bc all kibble food is highly processed and I felt like I could take the time to prepare and add some healthy people foods to their kibble.
