Natural

It's not bad, I love that it's natural. Could be constructed in different ways to be better though. My cat didn't really care for it. I had hoped it would be good

It's not bad, I love that it's natural. Could be constructed in different ways to be better though. My cat didn't really care for it. I had hoped it would be good to chew for teeth cleaning. It's about 3" wide and he just doesn't like larger toys, got bored pretty quickly. Then the string broke. I still try to toss it around for him but he doesn't care.

Damaged and/or not as advertised

The 1st one arrived damaged (or so I thought). Ordered a replacement via Chewy AI Chat and received the replacement promptly. It, too, arrived in the same condition

The 1st one arrived damaged (or so I thought). Ordered a replacement via Chewy AI Chat and received the replacement promptly. It, too, arrived in the same condition. Packaging clearly states catnip is inside the ball and as the photo shows that is not the case for either. Very disappointed. My cat needs things to chew, but I do not need catnip all over my home. I will not purchase this toy again.
