Size on web states small and medium as ordering size available. However, sizing chart states medium and large. Is your small on the web really for small dogs or is it a medium?

We recommend measuring your pet to select the best size. The small fits neck sizes 18-23.5 inches, chest sizes 25-30.5 inches, and back lengths 9.8 inches. The medium fits neck sizes 22-31.5 inches, chest sizes 29-35.8 inches, and back lengths 9.8 inches.
Are the pouches removable?

Incorrect sizing information

The quality of the harness is great however the sizing information on the product page is incorrect. The picture shows sizes as M and L but the product description has sizes S and M. We incorrectly ordered the M according to the images since those matched our dog’s measurements and now the product we got is too big for him. Please get this fixed.

Awesome rig

This harness is awesome. We walk A LOT and it holds up well. The fit is great, it doesn’t rub her anywhere. The packs are big enough for snacks and poop bags, and I got to Velcro my old name tab to it.

Best way to start work

Zoey Will become a Service Dog as finish all training. This vest will be great for long walks / hikes that will occur. It is comfortable Can carry the water for both of us and any lunch if planning to have one.

Excellent product AND service!

We bought the medium for our 40lb bull terrier and it was just a little too big. She’s right in between sizes. When I called to return it, the lady was extremely kind and helpful. She returned this item, and immediately submitted the order for the next size down and I received it 2 days later. When I asked her for the return label to send the big one back, she just asked that I pass it on to someone that could use it to help their dog. AMAZING! So I gave it to our trainer so she can pass it along to a dog that needs a “job” when walking.

Great, sturdy backpack!

This one was recommended by the amazing customer service of Chewy and we couldn't be happier! It's so sturdy and has held up so well. She's a strong pup and still pulls a lot but the clip and handle are holding strong. The pockets are roomy enough for treats, her bowl, the bean bags we use to keep it balanced, and then some! Love this pack.
