Thought it would compliment the Opti wet food. And be healthier for Keke.

Good Product

Cat likes. Heathy product with good flavor profile for a change. Can’t give five star because too expensive for small amount of product in bag.

Not a hit with my cats

This cat food has good ingredients and smells good. I got the 2-pack canister set, and I really prefer a bag instead of a canister. Bags are more convenient to store. Anyway, my cats just don't like this food, and I really don't understand why, since it smells so good. I have tried even mixing it with their favorite dry food, but they eat only the favorite kibble and leave the Optimeal alone. It's been over a month now with the same results. Very weird. Anyway, this food was very inexpensive to try so it was not a waste of money, & I bought it during Chewy's $30 gift card promotion. I will donate the 1.5 canisters left to my local Humane Society. My cats prefer the Solid Gold dry cat food and the Science Diet Sensitive Stomach dry food varieties, so I guess we'll stick with that!

Made cats sick

Bought 3 of these back in July when these were on sale. Two of the bags were for me & one for my mom. Only one of my cats would eat it & soon after he threw up

Bought 3 of these back in July when these were on sale. Two of the bags were for me & one for my mom. Only one of my cats would eat it & soon after he threw up. The rest still sits in bowl. It was cheap so thought it would be perfect for the feral & stray cats. So put some out in garage & at an abandoned house where cats hang out. 1st couple of days the strays were eating, but then I noticed puke in my garage & ally. After that the food just set & set untouched in garage & also by an abandon house I put food at. Normally food disappears after a couple of days. This food was still sitting after 9 days. It set so long at abandon house mold was starting growing on it since got wet. Nothing was touching this food minus bugs & cats that ate it threw up. I just visited my mom & she told me her cats also got sick eating it & then would not eat it. I'm convinced this food I received is bad. I have 9 cats, there are at least 10 strays that come & eat in my garage & how many ever at the abandoned house (over 10 for certain), & my mom has 4 cats so this is a lot of cats that got sick &/or are refusing to eat it. All 3 bags had December as expiration date so maybe a bad batch?
