Nice, well constructed bowl, with a good weight to it. Not heavy but not going to go blowing in the wind either. It’s well designed and not flimsy in the least! Has a non-skid ring around bottom, which keeps it stable and not moving around while feeding. We purchased 2 small and 1 medium. We ended up being like the three bears...We hoped the small would fit a feeding stand we have, they do just a tiny bit small, and medium was too big...regardless we felt they were well worth it!

We rescued a toy poodle. She gobbles down her food so fast that it was causing some loud belching and bloating. We feed her Honest Kitchen dehydrated raw and the solid construction of this bowl is perfect. It slows her down and the belching is softer. I purchased another bowl that had removable pieces and realized it would not work. I called Chewy's AWESOME customer service and Isabell helped me find the perfect slow-feeder. I wanted a stainless steel solid bowl. Thank you CHEWY and Isabell! xoxo

I have a Great Shepard (Great Dane/German Shepard mix). With large dogs, I believe it is advisable to elevate bowls, feed several smaller portions throughout the day and ensure food is not ingested too quickly. The Durapet Stainless Steel slow feeding bowl placed on an elevated platform works well to meet the cited requirements. It is well constructed and durable. I expect it to provide good service throughout my fur kids life.
Well made...didn't slow down the vacuum much

I have a boxer that literally vacuums up his entire bowl of food.
I've used various items in his regular bowl to slow him down-a ball, and a smaller bowl upside down. I thought I would try this slow bowl to see if it could work a miracle. Well, unfortunately, it didn't do much to slow him down - he eats in under a minute. Now I just pick up the bowl to give him "burp breaks" twice during his meal.
The construction on the bowl itself is solid and it looks like it will last quite a while. It's also easy to clean.

My dog used to used a plastic slow feeder and develop a rash. I change multiple foods thinking it was that and it ended to be the plastic bowl. This stain steel bowl do slows him down and no more rashes!
Legit slow feeder

Despite lacking the intricacies of some other slow feeders, this simple design does everything it advertises. My puppy started throwing up after very meal due to him inhaling his food. This feeder has forced him to slow down, taking considerably longer to eat, and almost stopped the vomiting completely as a result. I highly recommend this product.

The slow feeder dog bow is great if your dog is eating their food too fast. We can now give him his whole meal in this bowl, instead of giving bits at a time.

We have looked at many slow-feed dog bowls and this one is a lot more sturdy and not as complicated as others. We have a 70 pound dog and the built-in center slows his "gulping". He still eats fast, but he has to work a little harder to get to his food.
Great for my male ridgeback

Hounds need slow feeders as they are notorious for gulping down their food and are high risk for bloat. We tried quite a few different slow feeders. Lot of different plastic one but they were tough to clean or too hard to feed and caused lip and gum injuries. This bowl is simple in design and stainless steel. It works well to slow my dog’s feeds to a more reasonable bowl emptying time. Ordered to large to prevent food from flying all over the place. I feed him 3-3.5 cups at a time so this large bowl easily handles this.

My Boston Terrier eats too fast so had to find someway to slow him down. Most dishes he could not get his mouth in. This slowed him down but enabled him to eat and not make his mouth sore.
