We love everything about Chewy! The products and customer service are AMAXING!!! This product, however, fell apart almost immediately. The fuzz came off the balls as soon as our pup played with them and she was able to pull out the squeaker tab. It was advertised for chewers, but they're just not safe for little ones.
My pup absolutely loves these. Maybe even more than the chuck-it balls. The only thing that prevents a 5-star is the squeaker is LOUD. SO so so loud. I only use it outside now because I just cannot deal with the constant squeaking coming from him. And he just lovessssss to squeak it
Had these about two weeks now, the dogs don't play with them often, but the chewer hound hasn't taken off the skin yet, so that's good.
I buy a lot of Outward Hound products, but these are a fail. Poorly made, the covers rip easily, and the squeak dissipates quickly. Stick with Kong balls.
My dog loves a ball, especially one that squeaks! He played with these for a few hours, and eventually was able to pop out the small plastic piece that makes them squeak. Not worth the money for only a couple of hours of enjoyment.
The plastic squeaker piece in the ball protrudes out far enough that my dogs chewed them. After that, I got pliers and pulled all the squeakers out. Danger balls.
Our puppy loves these squeaky balls. They seem to hold up fairly well. But, we don't let her chew on them. We have only been playing with them for a month, but they are a big hit.
I have a six year old rescue yellow lab with low energy, normally. From the minute these balls arrived, she has been obsessed. She had one before, but she’s thrilled with these new ones, and is frequently bringing them to us to throw for her. The larger size and the squeak are what sets them apart from tennis balls which she now mostly ignores in favor of these.
We have a mini Golden doodle who just turned 1. She's a serious chewer but also likes to play fetch. I thought these would be tough enough since she still has the Outward Hound racoon toy. Nope, she chased it, caught it, and put a hole in it within 15 minutes. I'd say these are only good for dogs who don't chew or light chewers at best.
Great price for the # of balls received. Several size options 2 choose from. Loud squeaks. High bounces. My dogs loved them. But they didn't last very long. It was a matter of hours b4 my furbabies had them chewed up n2 little pieces.
