My puppy loved this toy, but unfortunately within a day of using it the toy ripped off the rope. After a few more days of just swinging around the rope, the rope also ended up coming off the stick.

Our bassethound/bully mix likes this toy, but there are some draw backs. 1. The "rope" portion is not an actual rope, it's a plastic type material, so it takes time for this to straighten out. I had to hang ours overnight. 2. The little toy on the end is just a basic small toy, so simple stitching. One good bite/pull can tear stitching. Ours has a small tear in the stitching under the little duck's neck from a good bite. 3. It's niche. Our dog has a high prey drive and likes to chase things getting away from him. This also means it is difficult to convince him to let go of the duck. So a firm grasp of "leave it" is important. Otherwise he likes it, it's helping us work on "leave it," and its still in workable shape after 2 weeks (he can and does destroy a tennis ball in 13 minutes).

My Yorkie was not interested in chasing the duck while it was on the rope. I tried to get her excited but she had no reaction. I’m going to either return it or just remove the duck from the rope and let her play with just the duck. I think maybe a cat would like this toy.

Thought it was like a squishy stick

Terrible. The rope is thin. The squeaky little toy on the end is very small and doesn’t squeak. Very cheaply made. Don’t recommend!!

Inticing wand with a duck

The duck was small, light weight with duck toy has crinkly wings, belly with a bit of give - very inticing to my 2 y.o. golden retriever.

Holds up to a 55 lb dog

My 55 lb pit/GSP mix was able to get several uses out of this toy. I expected it to be much less durable than it actually was. She likes to tear about stuffed toys

My 55 lb pit/GSP mix was able to get several uses out of this toy. I expected it to be much less durable than it actually was. She likes to tear about stuffed toys she gets so the duck never stood a change. The rod never snapped or broke while we were tugging on it.
