What are the weight recommendations for these sizes and also measurement from shoulder blades to tail?

The small has a recommended pet weight of 6 to 15 pounds and a length of 17.6 inches. The medium has a recommended pet weight of 16 to 50 pounds and a length of 22.4 inches.

Support of puppy great but-

Support of body great. However, rear/tail end needs to be reached when harness in use. Trying to figure out a way to release part of this end without losing support
