No empathy whatsoever with your call receiving agents!

I would definitely review the type of people you are hiring for call receiving. Lately I have encountered “ order takers” not the type of “pet friendly, caring associates

I would definitely review the type of people you are hiring for call receiving. Lately I have encountered “ order takers” not the type of “pet friendly, caring associates you normally have. I have over 50 orders with you alone and I expect friendly, caring people who at least act concerned and want to help

So for so good for our beloved cat

Our 13-year old cat's spindle cell sarcoma was not properly excised by the first vet and returned, which required amputation of her leg. After a month's recovery and agonizing deliberation of radiation therapy, conventional chemo and Palladia, we decided to try Palladia as it would be by very far the least traumatic to her. It's now six months in and she has had no symptoms or side effects, and her 3- and 6-month bloodwork and hits have been clear. Obviously, we'll have no idea if it's the Palladia keeping the very aggressive tumor at bay or whether the surgery was unusually successful, but we are so grateful to have our happy, lively kitty seemingly unfazed by either surgery or her chemo. BTW Palladia is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, so we went into the process with high hopes.

This is a drug for treating cancer and is the second time I have had to give it to my cat. The representative was so kind and prompt in getting the medicine refilled

Seems to be working!

My dogs cancer returned last year. She's been on palladia ever since and doing well so far. She originally had chemo and 20 rounds of radiation 4 1/2 years ago.

My vet prescribed this for my cat’s oral tumor (squamous cell carcinoma). This type of tumor has a median time of survival of 45 days after diagnosis. While it wasn’t curative, Palladia did stabilize the tumor for a period of time, giving me at least 2 additional months with her. It also caused very few side effects. I am incredibly grateful for the extra time we got to spend together.

Due to a mast cell tumor that was not excused completely, my dog needed chemotherapy as a follow-up treatment for her cancer. Palladia is an oral medication specifically designed for dogs with mast cell cancer. It is very expensive and Cheey makes it more affordable as a treatment than the vet does. I am grateful to Chewy for this. Our 10 year old Labrador has responded well to this treatment and we are hoping it extends her life by targeting the mast cells.
