Every ferret needs a healthy treat every now and then. The Pampered Ferret freeze dried salmon treats seem to be a big hit at our house. We have to make sure the bag is sealed completely and stored out of reach because our girl likes to try to run off with the bag. I think she loves them ;) What I like most about them are that they're sized right, are easy for our girl to manipulate, and don't have an icky fishy smell.

I gave my ferrets the salmon flavored, unfortunately they did not like it. My ferrets are imprinted on kibble, so they don’t recognize this as food. I think if your ferret eats either raw or freeze dried raw, they would love it! It’s a great product that doesn’t have added hormones or antibiotics and is 100% natural.

Product is a good quality. Pieces are a good size and there is a good quantity in the bag. The pieces don't smell super strong. Unfortunately neither of my ferrets seemed super interested in the salmon even with us putting some of their fav salmon oil from the pampered ferret on the pieces to seem if we could get them interested. Good product just have weird and picky ferrets.

I tried to give it to a few cats, but they turned their nose up at it. After a few days of sitting next to their regular ferret food I ended up having to toss most of it out. A few pieces were eaten, but they had no interest in continuing to try it.
