Top is so loose. No idea if this product is safe to use. Not giving to my cats

The top on the bottle was not tight. As soon as I opened the shipping box I smelled the oil. I thought the bottle had broken during shipping. The bottle was intact,

The top on the bottle was not tight. As soon as I opened the shipping box I smelled the oil. I thought the bottle had broken during shipping. The bottle was intact, but the top (with the dropper) was loose, and while it hadn't spilled, I am not going to feed something to my cat that has been so loosely sealed for an unknown period of time. I can't be sure it hasn't gone bad or been contaminated. Going to try and return or get a credit.
