I've been using and loving this Paul Mitchell oatmeal conditioning spray for many years--it looks like the packaging has just gotten a facelift. Same great results: super soft coats that are easy to comb, smell light and fresh, and have NO oily look or greasy feel. Keeps hair detangled and wispy between baths, and the oatmeal really helps soothe the "winter itchies." I absolutely love the Paul Mitchell Oatmeal shampoo and conditioner for their sensitive skin as well!

I used this spray on, leave in conditioner on my 11 year old boxer mix house dog. I thought this product might be good for making him smell better in between his baths. I sprayed it on his dry fur and rubbed it in with my hands. It was a nice smelling, soothing oatmeal sented mist that dried quickly. I was very surprised at how much softer it made his fur. I can't stop petting him but he doesn't seem to mind. It also gave him a very pretty shine. I love how smooth his hair looks. I can't wait to try the Lavander scent.

My boy has blue hair and is a terrier breed leading to skin problems galore. He's actually on a round of antibiotics right now for allergy related stuff which often leads him to having even drier skin prone to hot spots. The pictures show him before and after two nights of the conditioner spray. It's light, non greasy and has a subtle, pleasant scent. It didn't seem to bother him despite the rash and as you will see improved drastically after use. His coat and his Frenchie sister's both seem softer and a bit shinier after just a couple uses. There's no real scent over time other than remaining clean smelling which is a winner in itself. My only complaint is the 'pump dispenser' style sprayer. It works fully a couple times than won't spray without some primer pumps and forget about turning it at any angle, ya get nothing. Not a deal breaker, but a huge pain in the butt when you have an RV sized fuzzy foot. Doesn't appear to have many questionable or unpronounceable ingredients aligning with what I remember to be the standard of Paul Mitchell products. As well as cruelty free products for I believe the life of the line.

It did not dry out their skin or dull their hair. Their hair was soft and silky after the applications. After the 3 or 4 applications, we only had to apply it once a day. We love this product!! At first the dogs weren't sure of it, but now they just stand there and let us spray them and enjoy it.

I have 3 labs, each with a different kind of coat. One yellow has a thick polar-bear coat, prone to it hides around his elbows and collar; the other yellow has a thinner, smoother coat, and very rarely has issues , but black lab has a dense, shiny coat , but her skin is drier than the others and dandruff sometimes appears, despite careful rinsing after baths with tepid water and anti-prurient shampoo. I have tried the PM spray conditioner and like its ease of use on both dry and damp fur, (easier to work in with damp fur). But the “fragrance” is really a turn off for me. Smells a bit too much like almond extract, although I see no such ingredient on the label. It is so strong that I don’t want to use it. That being said, the product DOES effectively soften the coat and must penetrate the skin as I see less if no dandruff, even after brushing. I love the leave-on conditioner idea, but the fragrance for me is a major turn off. I realize scents are different for everyone, so some people may like it or not be bothered by it.

It makes his coat soft and shiny after a few uses. My dog wasn’t so crazy at first but once he realized he is getting some rubs he was fine with it.

I wish the sent was a little less intense so I could use it on my other cats.
