The liquid is wicked away from the surface to ensure your guinea pig or other small animal stays dry and comfortable, and the Sweep-EZ™ non-stick fleece makes this liner easy to spot clean and wash. Hay and other debris can easily be swept up or shaken out, and the waterproof bottom prevents leaking. When ready, just throw the pad in the wash to clean it.

It supposed to wick the guinea pigs urine from the pads

It's soft

They don't hold pee well. It leaks through . I hand wash all of my piggy's fleece and hand washed these, they take so long to completely dry. Easy to clean hay

Really like these but washing instructions and absorbency are inconsistent

We have been using these PawInspired 12” pads and the larger cage liners for our rescued Guinea pigs for the past 2 years. We really like the velour fabric which

We have been using these PawInspired 12” pads and the larger cage liners for our rescued Guinea pigs for the past 2 years. We really like the velour fabric which is super easy to brush clean for daily cage maintenance and easy to wash in the machine for weekly cleaning. However, the pads purchased last year have a sewn-on Care Instructions label that says “Cold Water” and the newer pads purchased a few weeks ago say “Warm or Hot” - the material is exactly the same (70% Polyester, 10% Rayon, 20% Vinyl). Why the discrepancy in the washing instructions and water temperature? Items made of rayon really should not be washed in hot water. Also, the more recently purchased pads and liners are not as absorbent - liquids (pee and water) are sitting on the top of the pad rather than being absorbed into the interior layers. This is a problem for Guinea pigs’ feet because of the risk of urine scald and bumblefoot. The piggies should not be walking, sitting or lying down on wet spots.

The very BEST!

I have 3 piggies and have had plenty of opportunities to try every kind of bedding. These are by FAR the best I have used. They are absorbent, keep the feet try

I have 3 piggies and have had plenty of opportunities to try every kind of bedding. These are by FAR the best I have used. They are absorbent, keep the feet try and are the EASIEST to clean of all I've tried. Just a few brushes with a hand brush and even the HAY comes off. I will buy more. They are SO worth it!
