Is the outside cloth or does it feel like plastic? Description only states durable. I ordered and have the print ones of the Pet Magasan brand and do not like them. Prefer all breathable cloth use with absorbent pad.

After a single day, I come home to see that she used it somewhat and then took it off. So it’s functional, but not for my dog. Also, there isn’t much of an indicator whether it was used or not, since the inside was black.
