Instructions
How to connect:
Enable Bluetooth
Add your pet then select the pet to connect.
Touch the round smart activity tracker icon in the center to start scanning for the device. (If there are multiple smart activity trackers nearby, the scan will return multiple serial numbers. Please separate the trackers by a good distance, and connect each one individually)
Touch "Connect Now". A reminder window will pop up. At this time, please check if the indicator light on the smart activity tracker blinks 5 times. Only touch "OK" after it blinks 5 times. After you touch "OK", you will have successfully connected!
If the indicator light does not blink, please touch "Cancel" and try to connect using the next serial number."

Download iPuppyGo app
Register an account and add a pet profile then select the pet name on the app
Enable Bluetooth
Your phone searches for any nearby smart activity tracker devices available for connection via Bluetooth.
Once the phone and the smart activity tracker are connected, Pawbo registers the smart activity tracker on its database.
The smart activity tracker will send monitoring data back to the connected phone.
The customer's information will be recorded in the database along with the smart activity tracker.

This product is splash-resistant. Please do not immerse the product in water.
You could pair up max of 8 iPuppyGo with your smartphone. Each of your pet could have one iPuppyGo.
The activity tracker calculates recommended activity levels for your pet based on your pet's breed, age, and gender to determine pet's mood.
If data synchronization has not been completed for more than 7 days, some of the recorded data will be deleted automatically. We suggest enabling Bluetooth every two to three days to synchronize the data on the app.
There is still no data after synchronization.
After the first connection, you need to wait 15 minutes before the data is synchronized. This is because during the first 15 minutes, the smart activity tracker is in stand-by mode.
The smart activity tracker does not have a GPS function built-in and cannot track your pet's location.

This is not a tracker to find or track tour cat or dog. It's like a smart watch, sleep, play, and not what I wanted. Not impressed hoping for a refund.

WASTE OF MONEY -- didn't even work
I was super excited to receive this activity tracker -- especially being a first time Chewy purchaser. The device would not turn on, no matter how many new batteries

Love this product except you can’t track your dog anymore and it says in the description that it tells you the ideal calorie consumption your dog should have and
Love this product except you can’t track your dog anymore and it says in the description that it tells you the ideal calorie consumption your dog should have and it doesn’t have that either. Other than that it’s nice seeing how much my dog sleeps and his activity when I’m gone during the day. It also tells you if you dog is happy by their sleep/activity data and goes by age in breed which is really nice and it’s a good feeling knowing your dog is happy!

I was excited to get this but it’s inaccurate. I bought the battery which was not a problem. I put it on my dog while she was sleeping and after 20 minutes it said

I put it on my dog while she was sleeping and after 20 minutes it said she had taken over 300 steps when she hadn’t even moved. And I took it off last night and it said she was in a deep sleep for about 10 hours. Not worth it all
Inconsistent
I Originally thought that this had GPS so if my puppy got out I could find them but it doesn’t (my bad) I love that the app keeps up with exactly how old my puppy

What it does do is add up the number of steps per day my dog makes, so we know if he’s getting enough exercise, The downside is you have to go on the app and manually synch it to the tracker daily. If you miss a few days, your data is lost The app also Treasure Hunt game which never worked
