This is not a tracker to find or track tour cat or dog. It's like a smart watch, sleep, play, and not what I wanted. Not impressed hoping for a refund.

WASTE OF MONEY -- didn't even work

I was super excited to receive this activity tracker -- especially being a first time Chewy purchaser. The device would not turn on, no matter how many new batteries

I was super excited to receive this activity tracker -- especially being a first time Chewy purchaser. The device would not turn on, no matter how many new batteries I tried inserting. I even confirmed they were put in properly. Incredibly disappointing. Would like a refund and would not recommend to others

Love this product except you can’t track your dog anymore and it says in the description that it tells you the ideal calorie consumption your dog should have and

Love this product except you can’t track your dog anymore and it says in the description that it tells you the ideal calorie consumption your dog should have and it doesn’t have that either. Other than that it’s nice seeing how much my dog sleeps and his activity when I’m gone during the day. It also tells you if you dog is happy by their sleep/activity data and goes by age in breed which is really nice and it’s a good feeling knowing your dog is happy!

disappointed

I was excited to get this but it’s inaccurate. I bought the battery which was not a problem. I put it on my dog while she was sleeping and after 20 minutes it said

I was excited to get this but it’s inaccurate. I bought the battery which was not a problem. I put it on my dog while she was sleeping and after 20 minutes it said she had taken over 300 steps when she hadn’t even moved. And I took it off last night and it said she was in a deep sleep for about 10 hours. Not worth it all

Inconsistent

I Originally thought that this had GPS so if my puppy got out I could find them but it doesn’t (my bad) I love that the app keeps up with exactly how old my puppy

I Originally thought that this had GPS so if my puppy got out I could find them but it doesn’t (my bad) I love that the app keeps up with exactly how old my puppy is daily. What it does do is add up the number of steps per day my dog makes, so we know if he’s getting enough exercise, The downside is you have to go on the app and manually synch it to the tracker daily. If you miss a few days, your data is lost The app also Treasure Hunt game which never worked

The review that says it doesn't say no battery it does say it doesn't come with a battery. Very great product, though, And I bought a battery as it said.
