Can the solid tray be slid in on top of the bottom grate to make a solid floor?

The solid tray (also known as the plastic pan or bedding tray) is designed to be removable and can typically be slid in on top of the bottom grate to create a full solid floor surface. The crate usually includes a metal grate floor panel that sits above the tray for airflow and separation. The plastic tray is removable and slides in and out from the bottom. If you want a fully solid floor (e.g, for easier cleaning or comfort), you can slide the tray up and place it on top of the grate, if it fits securely. Or remove the grate entirely (if possible) and place the tray at the bottom to act as a full floor. Make sure the tray is secure and doesn’t shift under your pet’s movement.

On wheels

I chose it for size, features, the pull out tray and that its on wheels. Was easy to assemble as well. Pleased.

The grate

I got the one you could divide up I was hoping that the trays would fit inside on top of the grates but they dont fit at all so my dashound gets her nails caught

Easy to put together

Very sturdy, love that the wheels lock and the top of the cage opens. Easy to use, the instructions had a little bit of a skip a step that you figure out yourself

It looks like a good sturdy dog kennel, but not

My dog didn’t like being locked up in it and he tore the door off this run this third day. He’s only been left in it for maybe 4 to hours. There’s plenty of room

My dog didn’t like being locked up in it and he tore the door off this run this third day. He’s only been left in it for maybe 4 to hours. There’s plenty of room in it for him, but he was like no you’re not locking me up so the door is bent and destroyed/not built for stubborn pitbull’s

sturdy but maybe faulty

I got this for my dog because he figured out how to drop the door side of a foldable crate to get out and he hasn’t gotten out of this one but one of the latches

I got this for my dog because he figured out how to drop the door side of a foldable crate to get out and he hasn’t gotten out of this one but one of the latches on the door came detached and was not supposed to i got it to go back on but eventually it came back off and i wasn’t able to get it back on. Even without the bottom latch though he still hasn’t gotten out of it.
