Within a week of putting the kennel together the roof ripped with a little bit of wind. My Dalmatian has went right through the siding. It’s not strongly made at all. Had I known that it was going to be not sturdy at all I wouldn’t have spent as much money on it as I did. I wouldn’t recommend buying this kennel if you’re going to have it in your yard and if your dog likes to chew or jump.

The canopy tore right through the grommets 2 days after installation. Did not hold up to light wind. Tarp was thin material, and ripped. For an expensive dog kennel,

Metal poles were bent and dented and the ends making it hard to connect male and female ends. Very cheaply made for such a high price. Not happy with purchase !

This pen is very poorly designed. Extremely difficult to put together, Directions are useless, you have to figure it out yourself. Tarp for the top extremely weak,

Tarp for the top extremely weak, like tissue paper, grommets were made of very cheap and weak metal, fasteners for the tarp were hair ties with balls at the end. Looks very deceiving on the sight. Chewy will not take responsibility unless you want to take it all apart and send it back (after spending 2 days putting it together). Paw Hut will not take responsibility either, just called and asked for a new tarp for it ( which you would have to constantly take on and off if it is going to rain. Please save your money and buy from somewhere else. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED

The quality was very much subpar for almost 400 a piece and the tarp roof literally tore to pieces 2 days after assembly in a simple rain storm!

Must be out together, piece-by-piece. Instructions are terrible. Materials are cheaply made. Extra metal ties need to be purchased in order for fencing to reach

The wire on the outside is very weak
The wire on the outside is very weak, the wire to wrap things tighter is very weak and the zip ties are very weak. Our dog already broke through the wire in 5+ places

Will not keep dogs in. My small dogs easily break the gate, we even chicken wired all around the bottom and they can easily get out.
