Acceptable for the price point

It came undamaged with all the pieces, so, good start! If you're inexperienced or not confident about building kits, this is probably not a great option for you

It came undamaged with all the pieces, so, good start! If you're inexperienced or not confident about building kits, this is probably not a great option for you. The instructions are minimal and have you doing steps like near permanently securing pieces before you have everything lined up well. The diagrams are misleading and poorly labeled. As far as functionality goes, I got it for chickens, so, it's serving its purpose very well.

Missing parts-chewy would not stand behind

I received my order and the box was completely damaged and most of the hardware to put the kennel together was missing. I reached out to Chewy and they suggested

I received my order and the box was completely damaged and most of the hardware to put the kennel together was missing. I reached out to Chewy and they suggested I pack up the kennel (weighing over 50lbs) and return to a fedex drop off for a refund. When I suggested this wasn’t possible as the product was heavy and the drop off was over 2 hours away and asked if they could supply me the hardware Chewy said they could not and suggested I contact the manufacturer myself. This is absolutely horrible customer service! Chewy sells the product and should be offering the support for the product they sell that was damaged during their shipping. I will figure a way to get the heavy product returned (minus items lost during their shipping damage) and get my refund. I will shop elsewhere going forward. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Received kennel in a couple of days after ordering. During assembly found multiple items missing from box and bags of hardware. Kennel frame is not very hard to assemble with 2 people. Instructions are not easy to follow however. Had issues on where to put the pole for the door because the instructions just showed a general spot for it.
