Got this for my 3 cats. It works very well. I keep it on the motion sensor setting so it doesn't need to be plugged in all the time and when it comes on as they walk by it grabs their attention. Also SO easy to clean. Everything comes apart easily and theres very few nooks that can hold build up. Loved it so much I bought a second one

I was using a regular bowl and changed water frequently, but my cats weren't drinking enough water. First time using this kind of water fountain but it was easy to set up, to clean and within two weeks both cats were drinking regularly and much more water. What's really funny is when I pick up the fountain to clean it, Frankie acts as if I'm taking the bowl away. He's the one I was most concerned about. PS: After using it for a couple of weeks, I bought one for my daughter's 4 cats and they all acclimated well to it.

I bought this as a second fountain to give my multi-cat household more options to drink. Out of my four cats only one is still hesitant. Everyone else is drinking

I bought this as a second fountain to give my multi-cat household more options to drink. Out of my four cats only one is still hesitant. Everyone else is drinking regularly from it. I like that the pump on this fountain isn’t submerged in water, this keeps mold from building up which has occurred with other fountains Ive owned. It’s way easier to clean and fill, and the filter design is a wonderful! Highly recommended.

Please get better packaging

My order came in busted up boxes but I understand that while being shipped out the box could be potentially damaged along the way. But if you know there is a chance

My order came in busted up boxes but I understand that while being shipped out the box could be potentially damaged along the way. But if you know there is a chance of this, AT LEAST put the sponges in their own packaging in the box please. They are just sitting on the top like packaging cushion for the filters - the boxes arent even taped down and them already being busted really loosened the top so it was easy to pop open. These are items I use for my dogs water bowl so I would hope that said filters and sponges would be packaged in some way to mitigate any chance of dirt or something. It would be as simple as just putting one sponge in each baggie that the filters came in.

They all use it. I keep it on the every 15 minute setting.

The vet said as the cats get older it is important for them drink well. This seems to encourage them to do that. I believe they like that the water runs.

Stopped working

My cats loved this fountain. I liked the ease of cleaning and operating. But it started getting fuzzy a couple months ago and now hasn't worked for over a month
