Heated Goodness!!!

After trying a heated bed that seemed to heat the exterior bottom but not the inside, a wonderful Chewy associate emailed me a couple suggestions and was very thoughtful

After trying a heated bed that seemed to heat the exterior bottom but not the inside, a wonderful Chewy associate emailed me a couple suggestions and was very thoughtful to notice the color I preferred. I decided to give this bed a try based on the features and reviews. What I like best about it: the 6 levels of heat settings, the timer feature and that the bed interior warms up. I was able to add a fluffy doggy blanket since Min Pins luv to burrow or make a nest. The bed does come packed in a box and the assembly took less than 5 minutes. This pet bed is Katy approved!!!

I wanted a warm comfortable bed for my indoor kitty. This bed is horrible. It does get warm, but it’s about as comfortable as sitting on the floor. There’s no padding

I wanted a warm comfortable bed for my indoor kitty. This bed is horrible. It does get warm, but it’s about as comfortable as sitting on the floor. There’s no padding or cushioning on the bed. There’s only a thin pad that goes underneath the heating pad, and it’s there to protect whatever surface it’s on from the heat. I figured I’d put a small pet blanket or cushion in the bottom of the bed, but the manual specifically says not to put anything in the bed on top of the heating pad. My cat won’t use this at all. This bed was expensive and turned out to be useless. If I wanted my cat to lay on a warm hard surface, I would have just purchased a heating pad. The money you’re spending is for cushioned sides of the bed that a cat doesn’t sit on and isn’t warmed by the heating pad. How ridiculous is that? I tried to get my small dogs to use it, but they’re all seniors who need more of a cushioned bed to be comfortable. This was a complete waste of money and I don’t recommend it. DO NOT BUY.

Should have listened

I read the reviews saying there wasn’t enough padding in the bottom and didn’t listen. I thought since Katie like snuggling on the floor against the power block

I read the reviews saying there wasn’t enough padding in the bottom and didn’t listen. I thought since Katie like snuggling on the floor against the power block for my computer for warmth that SURELY this would be an improvement and she’d love it. Nope- went in did a few circles, pawed at the bottom and nope’d her way out. Same story with her brothers. Now that the memory foam proofed up - not sure how to send it back cuz it’s definitely not fitting back in the original packaging. Definitely a nice bed with one major flaw.

Unfortunately, my cat hasn't used it. I've left it out for her since it arrived and we assembled it, but she won't go near it. It could be due to the lack of cushioning

Stays on long but not cushy

Love the heat & time settings. The bed is not comfortable though, it is not very soft or cushiony for your pet to lay on, I added a soft blanket.

My pets love this bed! It’s advertised for cats, but my little chihuahua is the one I knew would use this the most. It was a little confusing to put together because the entire thing is in pieces, so you really have to pay attention to which piece does where however once that is done, the bed is very nice. The heating element is not noticeable in terms of the cord hanging out or anything once is placed in the spot you want it. It doesn’t feel too hot or seem to overheat and my dog was in heaven when she realized it was a warm spot to sleep. It’s definitely become her favorite spot to sleep!

It was easy to assemble the bed. There is not a hole that the cord goes through and so you have to zip up to the power cord. It won’t be a problem is the bed isn’t

It was easy to assemble the bed. There is not a hole that the cord goes through and so you have to zip up to the power cord. It won’t be a problem is the bed isn’t moving around. We don’t have cats but we have small dogs and our old Boston Terrier loves it already. It warmed him right up. We did have to turn it down because he was hot. It would also work well for cats outside to keep them warm. There is also a timer that you can turn it off after an amount of time. The controller is easy to use.

There’s nothing better than a heated bed for your furry kid, especially in the winter or if they are older in age! Nice gray color, with a thick protected cord for safety (when cats decide to chew on cords). The small is a good size for a cat or any dog less than 20 pounds. My only complaint is the stuffing on the sides crinkles too much and my cat wasn’t a fan, so I easily unzipped it and removed the outside plastic protection. The plastic protection will come in handy if my furry kids ever have an accident, but I’d rather them be comfortable and sleep quietly.
