The veggies are all you smell and I am sure taste. These veggies should be masked in the meat not the meat masked in the veggies, this is a NO GO!!

I have repeatedly requested that my order be split so as not to have a huge box that I cannot lift. Also requesting that I NOT be charged for shipping since total

I have repeatedly requested that my order be split so as not to have a huge box that I cannot lift. Also requesting that I NOT be charged for shipping since total cost is far above minimum for free shipping. Many times the box is damaged due to carriers also struggling to handle the package. Chewy now has split my order into several autoship orders but I could almost bet they will end up charging me for shipping. If they do I will take my business elsewhere

In the past this item was shipped with a cardboard protective “tray” which 100% cans in perfect condition. Our last order, however, did not have the cardboard and we received 12 dented cans out of 36. None were leaking so we kept them. But we would never buy any dented or damaged items at the grocery store, for us or our pets. Please resume the use of the cardboard trays. They work!!!

Pedigree wet food is a staple in our dog's food rotation and for good reason! Both Doug and Carrie absolutely love all the flavors. They lick their bowls clean every time. Lots of chunks and gravy! The only downside and this is no fault of the product itself... is that our delivery is sometimes arrive with a few damaged cans or beat-up boxes, likely due to rough handling by FedEx. So we won’t dock a star for that, but I wish Chewy would ship wet food in separate boxes and not combine with other items.

Customer service was so kind, that they told me to just donate it to a local shelter, and they are refunding us, so Roxy can have her Puppy food. Thanks Chewy :)

So I ordered a 12 pack of canned dog food and it got here just fine. The brand name really doesn’t matter. You all should consider changing courier. FedEx left my box on top of my mailbox and I am on a 4 acre lot. I had to walk out to my mailbox, Grab the package (which is exactly light) and haul it back to my house. I’m a 72-year-old man and though I used to be strong, it is a bit of a struggle for me. Again might want to rethink your courier. I love the service, I just rather my packages get delivered to my door instead of out by my mailbox.
