Nice cat tree

This is a nice cat tree that both cats are enjoying already. The kitten absolutely LOVES the hanging ball toy and he plays with it often. His 2-year-old playmate likes the scratching post and the platform, but as a giant Maine Coon unfortunately his bulk doesn't fit very well up there. The tree itself is relatively sturdy for regular use, but it isn't quite strong enough to withstand two big cats in PLAY MODE. The design makes it top-heavy and if one cat jumps up from a running start, it won't stay upright or bangs against the wall. Overall this is a nice addition to our suite of cat trees, and it's situated now so it can't fall over if the cats jump on it.

This medium cat tree is a big hit with all 3 of my cats. It’s the perfect size for a smaller room and adds just enough height without being overly tall. I love the look with the black and white contrasting posts. I will say my one criticism is it’s definitely been a project keeping white fur off the black platforms while it’s shedding season! As you can see in the picture our orange and white has made his mark leaving his winter coat behind. Honestly that’s my fault for opting for such a dark color and not a knock on the cat tree. I definitely think it would do well with an anchor to the wall as well. My cats have been on a steady rotation since I built this tree. The middle platform is just big enough for two of them so they just seem to be rotating who gets to nap there!
