ok but thicker than I'd like
Had one of these type previously that was thinner and fit under the front of the box without significantly elevating it. This is too thick for that so I just bump
Had one of these type previously that was thinner and fit under the front of the box without significantly elevating it. This is too thick for that so I just bump it up to it which is fine but now prone to sliding around. I can also see how some cats might not prefer to walk on it and would jump over it negating it's purpose. Otherwise it's fine and traps the litter well.

However, I have noticed cat urine in the litter mat (without seeping onto the floor), probably from my other cat who is 19 years old. As I've noticed on other reviews, all four of the mats I ordered came with a strongly set fold across the middle which is tenacious and still hasn't completely subsided since the first order arrived December 14th (it's now January 1st).

Looks great but it has failed to remove any litter from her paws.
I left it in place for several weeks. When I then emptied it only a few pieces of litter fell from on top of it. Nothing in the second layer.

These waffle mats are amazing for light litter and very easy to clean! We had a couple leading out of the room and it got just about all the litter before it ended
