Expected better
I gave these 3 stars because while my bully enjoyed them, they did not last nearly as long as I had anticipated & hoped, he probably ate one in less than 5 minutes. In the past I have previously gotten him bully sticks from other suppliers & they have lasted but unfortunately this brand did not hold up.
Would NOT Recommend
Not a true bully stick. VERY messy and not durable for aggressive chewers. See the comparison in the photos I provided of my Great Dane (more aggressive chewer) vs my smaller baby; even tho she still has a mess too.
do not recommend
It was not what I was expected. Gave one to each of my 4 dogs. One Rottie chewed a minute then refused it and puked about an hour later. The other Rottie ate about half and had it all over the place. Tiny shreds and pieces. The labx ate all of his in about 15 minutes but made a huge mess . Crumbled everywhere. The poodle ate some but it was way too thick for her. Don’t waste your money. Seemed “ off” and I threw them away. Won’t buy again.
Bully stick
Not happy with how the shell( bully pizzle) comes off the rest of the chew. Can be a choking hazard .Difficult for my dog to chew .
Great Value
Our dog isn't a big or aggressive chewer. She carried it around and showed off for a few days. Next thing I knew she started chewing and theni it was gone. She's really picky so she must have loved it!
not what I expected
This isn't a bully stick. It's some (peanut butter?) 1 inch thick center surrounded by bully stick material (I think). My 20 lb terrier immediately shredded the exterior into 3-4" strips and fortunately abandoned the strips. I worried that the stringy remnants would get stuck in his throat or gut and was concerned about what he might have already swallowed before I realized the mess this was making. I know bully sticks are outrageously expensive right now but I'll stick with those (and bear the expense) rather than buy this again.
Don’t buy these
I ordered 3 of these thinking it was a traditional bully stick. Instead the dogs chewed them up in 30 minutes and thankfully they did not get a stomach blockage.
didn’t last
This was very disappointing and did not last like a normal bully stick. The consistency was also very odd and crunchy almost as my dog devoured it
Not worth the price
I have a small dog who leisurely destroyed this treat in 5 mins. Was looking for something that would not dissolve in water. Will not but again
Not what I expected
Was expecting pizzle that would last for at least an hour, or more. I think it was about 15 minutes. This doesn’t mean it wouldn’t be great for another dog- just not heavy chewers.
