This shampoo (and conditioner) were absolute saviors!! When we adopted our most recent pup, unfortunately she was in bad shape....her fur was falling out (had bald spots), the fur she did have was very coarse/rough, she smelled bad and her skin was irritated. I've used Pet Head products before and loved them so I turned to Pet Head again! Within a few of weeks (after bathing and conditioning her about every 5 days), there was a complete turnaround!! Her fur was growing back in, it was less coarse/rough and her skin irritation was gone. "Sensitive Soul" did EXACTLY what I needed it to do....and it also smells AMAZING!!!!!!

The fur baby shampoo smelled fabulous, however once I shampoo my fur babies, the scent was gone and within 5 hours they smelled like wet dog although I blow dried

The fur baby shampoo smelled fabulous, however once I shampoo my fur babies, the scent was gone and within 5 hours they smelled like wet dog although I blow dried them right after their bath. This does not lather well and had to keep adding more and more shampoo, and not only that the cap is TERRIBLE and the shampoo is so hard to squeeze out of the bottle. Think I will be sticking with Biosilk products.

Really nice smell and nice shampoo but very thick...i add little water to make It manageable for my dog's coat. But it's worth it.

Smells good, works well, needs a new top design

We’re always down to try out new kinds of grooming products especially those marketed for sensitive skin for my allergy prone man. Bane’s least favorite thing is getting a bath after he’s decorated himself with mud and grime. So the shampoo we use needs to have a pleasant but slight scent and powerful cleaning capabilities. This pet head shampoo suited those needs and left him extra fluffy. Unfortunately the packaging could use some improvement and I don’t love the style of top on the bottle, it leaked out in transit and then it was kind of a pain to deal with in the shower since it would get loose and keep leaking. We ended up switching to a totally different top and that solved the issue. The outcome was worth it though. He’s extra fluffy post bath and about a week later he still feels freshly groomed and soft.

Wonderful

Great product nice light scent. Both dogs coats were soft and it rinses out nicely. My Golden has skin issues but it did not make him itchy or bother him at all

Great product nice light scent. Both dogs coats were soft and it rinses out nicely. My Golden has skin issues but it did not make him itchy or bother him at all I got the sensitive soul between bath spray and they work great together.The only negative I can say is although the bone on the top is Oh so cute it doesn't allow for a lot of product to come out and with 2 large dogs I had to reapply often. But aside from that I will definitely order it again.

This shampoo has a very nice, not overpowering smell. My hands even smell nice after bathing the dogs!! I have three dogs, one with longer coarse fur, one with very short fur, and a lab with medium to short fur. The shampoo did not lather well on my dog with short fur. I have to use a hand brush thing to get it to lather on him. On the lab it just slightly better, but it lathered up great on my long haired dog!! Overall it's a pleasant smelling shampoo that seemed to clean my pups well enough, just wish it lathered better on all hair types.

My golden looks like he came from the groomers but I am the one who always gives him a bath with Pethead always use this on my dogs very gentle but cleans superbly!!

My golden looks like he came from the groomers but I am the one who always gives him a bath with Pethead always use this on my dogs very gentle but cleans superbly!! Never had any issues with the shampoo or conditioner. My dog is a golden retriever and his fur brushes so easily and he never has any skin irritation EVER! And he smells great for almost 3 weeks! This by far is the best I've been using and wont use anything else.

First, this product arrived damaged. As shown in the photo, the "dog bone" cap broke in shipping. The resulting plastic shards were very sharp and it was a challenge

First, this product arrived damaged. As shown in the photo, the "dog bone" cap broke in shipping. The resulting plastic shards were very sharp and it was a challenge to open the bottle without getting cut. That said, the shampoo has a lovely tropical scent and lathers nicely. The scent reminds me of the coconut-scented tanning oils of my youth. Seems like a good shampoo that gives good results but if you don't want your dog smelling like the beach - or a pina colada! - it might not be for you. The biggest issue is the lid on the bottle and the packaging for shipping. That was a massive fail.
