This Crate is not intended for vehicles or to transport pets. It can be folded and taken with you for indoor settings.

Does the front zipper shut?

This crate does not have a zipper. The front flap can be rolled up and use a Velcroed in place. The Pet Tent is AC powered and features a built-in zippered compartment for the fan.

Junk don't waste your money

A piece of junk, the clip to hold pad to switch falls out, plastic door is bent out of shape. Still no sign of heat after 45 minutes. Emailing for a refund.

!!!HAZARDOUS!!! Pet Life Enterlude Electronic Heating Dog & Cat Crate. This tent is hazardous to cats. One cat was inside the tent. Another cat jumped on top of the tent. The tent collapsed and trapped the cat inside, completely enveloping the trapped cat. Luckily I woke up and discovered the situation. I ended up taking the heated pad out of the tent and laying it on top of the folded up tent as a heated bed. But it can't be used as a tent if there is any possibility of something or someone knocking the tent down.

The cats are happy with the heat it generates from the mat. I do not care too much for it because it is not sturdy enough. When the cat climbs on the top it does not hold the cat's weight and it collapses. The cats end up sleeping on the mat but uncovered. I purchased this to keep the strays in my backyard warm but will have to look for something else.

Got this as a gift for my kitten. She was clawing and crying and it is a terrible enclosure to trap any animal in. Don't recommend this product
