Industrial waste smell

We used to order this for our dog all the time. It was in our auto ship schedule. Three bags ago we opened them in the smellwas horrible. It smelled like creosote

We used to order this for our dog all the time. It was in our auto ship schedule. Three bags ago we opened them in the smellwas horrible. It smelled like creosote or some kind of petroleum based waste. We contacted chewy and they sent a replacement bag. That bag upon also smelled of industrial waste. We tossed both bags and on the last auto ship. Another bag came and it smelled just as bad. We are switching to a different chicken treat. They should never smell like that.

strong chemical smell

Whatever was used for preservative on this product gives off a very strong chemical smell every time I open the package. I am using them up but I will not buy them
