Is it safe for guinea pig, hamster and tortoise?

These candles are made specifically for use in homes with pets. They are a Paraffin and Soy blend with a zinc wick. The candle is safe to use with small pets, such as a rabbit, along with dogs, cats, birds and reptiles. To prevent fire, burn candle within sight, never on or near anything that can catch fire, out of reach of children and pets, including birds.
Are these safe for dogs? I assume so but I want to check and make sure because my dog suffers from seizures due to other candles.
