Why do some of these candles burn black soot around the rim of the glass?

Please read the burn instruction label on the side of the jar and make sure you are trimming the hand placed wick before each use. The increase of soot in the jar will happen if you are burning under a fan or air vent due to the increased air flow. You can simply use a damp paper towel and the soot will come off before every use

This line has made me a snob

I cannot tell you how much I adore this line of candles and sprays! I've been through so many brands of candles, and this one just blows them all away in every aspect. They last, the smells are fantastic, and they're very equally priced to the high end brands, if not cheaper. The sprays are the best for any occasion, whether its company coming, or cat litter cleaning day. I even spray my vacuums filters with it! I've yet to be disappointed in any scent I've received 10/10, absolutely recommend both the candles and sprays!

Great smell

I wish these lasted for a little bit longer but I can't stop getting them because it covers the dingy doggy smell with a nice cucumber. I do recommend.

great candles and great price!

These smell wonderful! I love this candle smell and it does a great job of making the whole house smell amazing! I use a candle warmer instead of lighting them and they last for a VERY VERY long time!

Definitely Would recommend Even if you do not have pets

This is my 3rd Pet Odor candle, and the 2nd scent that I have tried. So far batting 1000. The scent is great and it really works. Both shipments of candles that I have had the packaging was severely lacking. I had to try desperately not to get cut on glass. However the Customer Service dept sent out another candle immediately and they were very friendly.

WORTH EVERY PENNY

I’m incredibly in love with all 3 scents I purchased. I’ve paid more than triple the price for candles that are a fraction of the fragrance given off. No funky chemical smell, and work so well for elimination!
