Why do some of these candles burn black soot around the rim of the glass?

Please read the burn instruction label on the side of the jar and make sure you are trimming the hand placed wick before each use. The increase of soot in the jar will happen if you are burning under a fan or air vent due to the increased air flow. You can simply use a damp paper towel and the soot will come off before every use

Great smell

I wish these lasted for a little bit longer but I can't stop getting them because it covers the dingy doggy smell with a nice cucumber. I do recommend.

Definitely Would recommend Even if you do not have pets

This is my 3rd Pet Odor candle, and the 2nd scent that I have tried. So far batting 1000. The scent is great and it really works. Both shipments of candles that I have had the packaging was severely lacking. I had to try desperately not to get cut on glass. However the Customer Service dept sent out another candle immediately and they were very friendly.

WORTH EVERY PENNY

I’m incredibly in love with all 3 scents I purchased. I’ve paid more than triple the price for candles that are a fraction of the fragrance given off. No funky chemical smell, and work so well for elimination!

Smells better not lit

Smells great not lit but seems as soon as it's lit it's not that strong. That was disappointing but it was nice enough

Removes all odors

I put this candle on my patio and it's does as advertised; removes the pet odor in addition to other outdoor odors. I also hate food smells in the kitchen and the candle is smaller than my other ones but is mighty. It took away the cooking bacon smell in my kitchen. I'd purchase this one over Yankee candle any day.

Gentle scent

The candle provides a gentle cool refreshing scent. The scent is not strong or overpowering, but works great on eliminating the odors from 2 dogs not just cover it up.
