This blanket is so cozy that we humans love it! We have two now. In fact, I use them to "layer" and fancy up the bedding when we have company. No one would ever guess it's a waterproof dog blanket! It is also hearty enough to endure our crazy little dog and her love of digging at blankets. HIGHLY recommend.

Don’t wash!

Followed instructions to wash before use. Per the instructions - small white flakes of rubbery substance were left all over my washer, along with an awful smell

Followed instructions to wash before use. Per the instructions - small white flakes of rubbery substance were left all over my washer, along with an awful smell. Following drying instructions, even more material residue stuck to the inside of the dryer and the item was still damp. Hopefully I can return.

That's a LARGE??

We have bought four of these...2 each of slightly different styles. Bagel loves to sleep on these soft, furry blankets. And if she decides to give herself a "bath"

Soft but oddly sparse

I wanted to love this and my foster dog is on the fence too. The faux fur side is soft but the sparse, you can see and feel through it very easily. I will keep it

I wanted to love this and my foster dog is on the fence too. The faux fur side is soft but the sparse, you can see and feel through it very easily. I will keep it for the sherpa side, but if it did not have that it would be too thin. It is not obviously a dog blanket and I like that.

I really didn't pay attention to the actual size and dimension of the blanket. I was kind of hoping it was going to cover my whole bed because he is a dirty dog
