Not what I expected

I expected them to just be sticky on one side to stay adhered to the furniture, but the outside is super sticky too! Our kitten is tiny, she’d get stuck to that

I expected them to just be sticky on one side to stay adhered to the furniture, but the outside is super sticky too! Our kitten is tiny, she’d get stuck to that sheet if I took the white backing off. So I have them on the furniture as big white rectangles. Not pretty, but they did stop her from scratching the couch. Just a weird product to be sticky enough that all kinds of things would stick to it like hair, bugs, small furry pets, when used per instructions.

Works Great!

Despite providing several scratching options for my cats, they liked to use my dining room chairs. When I had my chairs reupholstered I was able to cut the tape

Despite providing several scratching options for my cats, they liked to use my dining room chairs. When I had my chairs reupholstered I was able to cut the tape into the right sizes to cover the places where they like to scratch. The chairs have been out for almost a week and they avoid the chairs now. I am really pleased. I plan to leave the tape on for a month or so to make sure they get out of the bad habit.

Not the greatest

Since this is sticky on two sides, it wasn't until the fourth sheet that I was able to apply it. Each of the first three got stuck on itself and couldn't be separated

Just a mess

The strips didn’t stick to my furniture. It is sticky on both sides and just kept sticking to itself anything else that touched it, including the person that sat

Sticky

When I bought this I didn’t realize it was sticky on both sides I wanted it to stick until I take it off but with fur and dust etc I would be filthy soon

Easy to use and they work!

I have put these on a few favorite scratching spots on my sofa and chairs and they have worked a charm. Keeps kitty from scratching. Easy to apply.

I rearranged my living room so that the loveseat, which is not new, was in the middle of the room rather than against a wall. Suddenly, my cats thought it was a new scratching post. I bought these sheets of double-side sticky protector tape and put it all the way around the loveseat. It has stopped the scratching. I'm hoping to eventually be able to remove the sheets. I like them because they are virtually invisible, but the cats know they're there.

Double-sided stickiness

The sticky sheets are sticky on both sides, so you're basically applying large sheets of double-sided tape to your furniture, which means you can't really sit comfortably

The sticky sheets are sticky on both sides, so you're basically applying large sheets of double-sided tape to your furniture, which means you can't really sit comfortably in your furniture without getting clothes, hair, blankets, etc. stuck to it. Unless I'm missing something about the utility of this design, it seems really weird for the product to be like this.
