It Works!

I was having a serious problem with my kitten clawing my recliners. I put Clawgaurd on where she was clawing and she has not scratched them since. Thankfully.

Ruined the surfaces I applied it to.

Kept the kittens from scratching furniture, but not off the countertops. Ruined the upholstery on my new couch and peeled paint off of other surfaces. DO NOT use

Worked like a charm

Super easy to apply, worked immediately. I don't know how well it will peel off of the leather couch, but I'm hopeful it won't get damaged.

I tried it on a new chair that my cat found pqrticularly attractive.

It didn't work because the fabric finish lifted off with the tape.

Had no issue with this sticking to and staying on surfaces, but it didn't fully deter my cat. I first stuck this to the entire top surface of a bench and the first time she jumped up, she immediately jumped off and stayed off for a little while. But after a few weeks, it wasn't the same degree of stickiness so it didn't bother her to jump up and stay up there. I also tried putting this on the corners of my couch and armchair and I saw her sniffing at it in curiosity and trying to pull it off with her mouth. I ended up just taking it off as it wasn't doing much. I just bought slipcovers for the furniture instead lol. Also I found that as long as I was extra careful in peeling it off, it didn't damage any of my furniture.
