I feel like I gave this blanket a solid rundown and it's not very good. I own a lot of pet blankets because we throw different sets on while the others are in the wash. This blanket ranks last out of all of them. First, it's not durable. Very thin. My dog ripped it on day one. Second, it's not really water resistant. Third, it doesn't clean well. It still smells of dog after washing. Fourth, the Sherpa lining just looks gross now. The one redeeming quality is that you can get larger sizes. There are plenty of pet blankets on the market. Just keep looking.

I have an injured Great Dane pup. He has accidents and can’t stand much. He has been on this in his kennel and I’ve walked it about 10 times already in just a few weeks! It has held up and after washing is like new again. I’ve spent over a $100 for waterproof blankets and this one seems to be just as well made and stands up to washings like a champ!

I bought this for my cat when riding in the car. She doesn't like traveling and usually vomits at least once so I thought this would help with clean ups. It came too late for our latest trip but I put it on the couch for her to check and she immediately got on it and started making biscuits! She now lays on it every night while we watch TV. She passed on her usual cat bed for this blanket! It's really soft and doesn't sound plasticy, it's just a soft blanket. I haven't tried to see if it's really waterproof yet. If you want a soft blanket for a carrier, car or your lap it's perfect. It's not too big either. Nice for a small space. Highly recommend!
