I bought this collar after the others I bought didn't work for our dog. First impression was that this was a very well designed collar. It's adjustable for a secure fit and comfort, and it's waterproof! That's a huge plus because he loves to be outside in ALL weather! The remote is small enough to keep nearby, even in a pocket. However, the range so far has been great. He escaped out of the yard, and I was able to use the remote to give him a gentle nudge to return home.
