This replacement cover is only compatible with the PetFusion Ultimate Lounge with Solid Memory Foam Dog & Cat Bed.

Does this PetFusion Ultimate Memory Foam Dog Bed replacement cover also pass stricter European REACH safety standards (i.e. Cover fabric certified as 'SKIN CONTACT SAFE'), like the original that comes with the bed, far surpassing the standards of most U.S. chemical-laden, lesser pet beds?

Our dogs' prior bolster bed (different brand) was torn beyond repair, but the mattress and padding for the bolster were still in great condition. This cover seemed to be a very close fit. I was a bit worried that the canvas fabric would be slick and uncomfortable, however it is a nice soft canvas, yet seems very durable and well made. The zippers are hidden to deter chewing. I am so happy with this cover, and even happier that all my old inner cushions didn't have to go to the landfill!
