Actual liquid resistant covers and seems truly orthopedic

I bought 2 of the XL size for my 65lb pitbull lab mix and my 75 lb boxer German shepherd mix and they LOVE their beds. They never used to choose their beds over the couch before, and now they are in bed before I am many times through the week. It’s a good size for my larger dog as he’s pretty tall and likes to stretch out sometimes, this bed gives him plenty of room to do so. The XL is a bit large for my smaller pitbull mix, but she’s my princess and likes to stretch out too. I have the space for both in my bedroom, but my 65lb girl would have been fine with Large if I needed to downsize a little. They both fit onto one XL bed if they want to sleep together from time to time. This is a great bed if you’re looking for an orthopedic type of bed for a senior dog (my girl has arthritis). Firm but cozy. As for washing the cover, so far this has been the easiest larger bed with a bolster to put back into the cover, and the main mattress just slips right in, no fuss. The cover washes well and protects the foam mattress against puke and pee (I was home to take it off immediately when my dogs put it to the test in the first week twice). The inner protector seems like it would block liquid and is also machine washable if you aren’t around to stop a soak through mess. The mattress takes a week to 2 weeks to actually fill out to fill thickness, no trouble with both that I bought. It filled out enough for my dogs to use it the day I opened it. Pretty confident this is the 3rd and final dog bed I’ll be buying for my pups. Pricey but worth it.

I bought two of these years ago and was so pleased with the quality. However, I cannot say the same for the one just received. The cushion expanded to around 2 1/2 inches at the most and the insert for the bolster is not nearly as full as previous ones. Very disappointed. Especially at this price. I had read that some people had this same cushion problem but decided to take a chance. Regretting it. Will never purchase another one.

I am beyond impressed with the Dog Pet Fusion bed! The quality is excellent and you can immediately tell it’s made with durability and comfort in mind. The memory foam provides great support, and my dog settled into it right away no hesitation at all. It’s especially great for older dogs or pets that need extra joint support.

Memory foam did not inflate in some places

We followed the installation instructions, but the memory foam did not inflate as advertised, but left several 1-2 inch lines of uninflated foam across the foam

We initially contacted PetFusion as they asked, but they refused to help and sent us back to Chewy who immediately refunded cost. PetFusion 1, Chewy 5!

The mattress thickness is not as advertised

We were disappointed when the foam mattress failed to expand to the advertised 4 inch thickness. After following the instructions, over 50 hours later the mattress

We were disappointed when the foam mattress failed to expand to the advertised 4 inch thickness. After following the instructions, over 50 hours later the mattress is only approximately 2 inches thick and uneven. I do not recommend this bed and we will be looking to have it refunded.

Very Disappointing Compared to Old Version

This dog bed is worse quality than the exact same bed bought years ago. I bought this dog bed so that my senior dog would have a second comfortable bed. We loved

This dog bed is worse quality than the exact same bed bought years ago. I bought this dog bed so that my senior dog would have a second comfortable bed. We loved the previous version of this that we bought years ago. But this new one was very disappointing compared with the older one. This bed is advertised as having 4 inches of memory foam, but it has at best 2 inches of memory foam. I even followed the instructions to let the memory foam expand for 48 hours, but that didn't help. You can see from the pictures that the new one has half the memory foam that the old one has. It looks like a deflated pancake in comparison. This is truly disappointing.
