I bought two beds. One pup wouldn't let me finish putting it together before she made herself comfortable. Both really like the bolster pillow. My lab typically likes to destroy her beds but I am extremely happy to say she has not done that to her this bed. My girls are happy.
the best dog bed ever
I ordered a jumbo for my golden retriever, it is like a california king in human terms. The memory foam holds the shape perfectly, the bolsters allow a dog to feel cozy and snuggle
Super comfy bed for elderly pup
My 14.5 year old 65lb dog badly needed an upgrade in her sleeping arrangements and this bed did not disappoint. The foam is soft, yet supportive and doesn't cause her to sink down to the floor like her old bed used to. She's also a side sleeper, so having the bolstered pillow around the edge of the bed is perfect for her. If you have an elderly pup in need of a comfortable bed, this is it. It was 110% worth the price.
LOVE IT! but can we please get some instructions
As soon as I took it out of the box, my dog was ready to be in it. Somewhat easy to assemble but instructions would be helpful! I googled the bed and found a YouTube video showing where the zippers were which helped. But again, instructions would be nice. Also the water proof covering looks like it won’t fit but it does. You have to put it in vertically not horizontally. I love that the foam is on the bottom so my doodle is laying on the hard floor. Much thicker than most other dog beds. My doodle is right at 50 pounds and has plenty of room in an X-Large.
Best bed ever!
I bought this bed for my senior dog, a rescue Staffie...not only does she love it, but it is so much easier to clean than anything I've ever had. It's been at least three years and the cover zips on and off easily and it still looks new after every wash! Love it. Great product, highly recommend!
I'm very pleased with what you got
I'm very pleased with what you got I will always support you thank's you
small petfusion bolster bed GREAT
I bought 2 petfusion bolster bed for my 2 yorkies. They prefer their own bed. The color was brown. They had great instructions and the bolsters were already in the cover. You only have to slide the bottom foam into the cover. It appears that they bolster filling is covered inside. I have to call petfusion to see if they can be removed for washing as I am not sure. These beds have a solid piece of foam on the bottom and it is firm. My dogs were not too sure at first but they slept in them the first night. They now go into the beds as if they were there forever. I love these new beds and feel like the will last a long time and even better the dogs love the new beds. My dogs are not chewers but one of them likes to make his own bed and I have had no problems. I just can't comment about chewers. The cover is heavier than the average dog bed. PUT the foam in the bed before it expands and let the foam expand for about two days maybe longer. It is much easier to let the foam expand in the cover.
Not very chew-resistant, after all
24 hours. That's how long this bed lasted before my girl chewed right through the seat (not the bolster) and started pulling out the memory foam. I really liked this bed and hoped it would work—and I think it would for dogs that aren't as inclined toward chaos and destruction as mine is. In my case, I just feel like I wasted a lot of money.
After almost a year...
So at first my dog didn’t use this bed at all since he had access to the couches to sleep on and my bed to lay on. But after getting new couches he cannot go on- he started using the bed more. Now he won’t use the bed all night- he does alternate from sleeping on the bed to sleeping on the floor but I don’t know if it’s because the bed is very firm and it gets uncomfortable for him to lay on for all night or what. The thing I am most surprised about on this bed is how resistant the cover has been to my dog’s scratching/digging he likes to do to the bed before laying down. I just ordered a replacement cover for the bed today since my dog finally managed to tear a little hole in the cover so it held up for quite awhile against my dog.
As advertised. 2 dogs and a cat seem to like the bed for short periods of time. The bed seems well made (don't know for sure because the cover hasn't been washed yet) but it is quite expensive.
