Why do your products have salmon and/or chicken? Most dogs are allergic to either or both.

Although the supplements are “manufactured in the USA” where are the ingredients sourced?

PetHonesty products are made in the USA. Their organic turmeric is sourced from India and their green lipped mussels come from the waters off the coast of New Zealand. However, everything else is sourced in the US.
Which ingredients are meant to help allergies? What purpose does the colostrum serve? Primary literature to back it up would be appreciated.

This supplement includes natural wild Alaskan salmon oil that contains healthy fatty acids to improve your dog’s immune system and relieve itchy hot spots and irritation from allergies. Allergy relief needed

I tried these on my 30 pound mixed breed Kensi. She's experiencing seasonal allergies with wide spread little bumps and constant intense scratching. I used the entire jar with no relief noticed. These are pricey. I'd say save your money. I gave them 1 star cause she did like the flavor and texture. I bought a shampoo designed for her issues. That gave her significant relief.

made dogs sick

Yesterday I gave one of these to my dog who is always itchy and tossed another one to my older pup thinking it couldn't hurt. Both are sick today and experiencing stomach pains. I have no idea what is in these to make both of my dogs sick, especially since neither of my dogs usually have digestive issues. One dog forced herself to puke and is fine, but the other pup is still suffering the stomach pains.

Not Worth the Money

I have an albino pek-a tzu and a shih tzu. My albino girl has very bad allergies, with apoquel and cytopoint injections. My shih tzu constantly licks his paws and chews. I used these for a couple of months, and there was no improvement.

Pet Honesty

I love the Allergy Support Salmon Chews for my six dogs. I feed the Chews to my two Great Danes, my two Dobermans, my Pitbull and my Pomeranian. They don't bite their feet, or lick their paws like they used to do. They don't scratch either. Best Product EVER!

EXPIRED TWO TIMES IN A ROW

I ordered once, received and the date was 8/2023 for expiration and it is 8/20/23. I asked for replacement and they quickly sent it out. Received the next and it was identical, same expiration date. I wanted this for my dogs allergies but not ordering again and definitely will be checking all expiration dates on products of medications and consumables from now on. Chewy also said after the first bad shipment they were going to talk to warehouse and fix issue but clearly they didn’t. I’ve had usually good things with Chewy before this with customer service but after the second container it seemed poor, all other times great. Just be aware to check expiration dates.

So far so good

Been giving for 2 weeks now. Dog does not like the flavor but will eventually eat it. I "think" its working and helping with incessant paw licking. He is licking them less.

I started giving my JackRussell the soft chews the beginning of May and up until now he has not been scratching himself. Other years he incessantly scratched himself and with the soft chews taken daily, he rarely scratches..

Not much change

I love this brand but with these our 10yr old max refuses to eat them. The other 2 do but a month now I haven't noticed any change. Not saying bad product just don't work good for us.
