Poor quality control

Have contacted customer service via email 2x and they have failed to reply to those emails sent 2 weeks ago. Product has only 50 days until expired while the product

Have contacted customer service via email 2x and they have failed to reply to those emails sent 2 weeks ago. Product has only 50 days until expired while the product is a 90day supply. This is an ongoing issue that I have brought to chewy attention that I received product initially with 105days till expiration- essentially told “that fit Chewys standard of 90 day window.” Well this time product sent failed that “standard” as it had only 50 days until expired disappointed that after I have made multiple efforts to have this addressed, Chewy or the warehouse has not rectified the issue.

We add this to every meal for our dog because he was having some diarrhea issues. We keep him on it because he seems to like it and the extra fiber and probiotics

Destroyed dogs stomach

Gave this to my dog several times over a week. Each time it gave her EXPLOSIVE diarrhea. I do not recommend for any dog with normal to sensitive tummies.

Seems to work but powder not ideal for larger dogs

One of my dogs is prone to softer stools and minor indigestion, though he does not have any kind of chronic condition. I thought this fiber powder might help alleviate some of that. Although I've only been feeding this powder to him for a couple of weeks, I think it is starting to help. However, I can't fully recommend this product, at least not for larger dogs. For any dog over 50 lbs., you will need to feed them 2+ scoops per day. But that quantity of dry powder (I add it to dry kibble) is not appealing to my dog at all. So I started mixing in water, as the packaging suggests, to make the texture more palatable. Unfortunately, the powder is fairly hydrophobic, so it doesn't mix easily. If you don't add enough water, it becomes a glue-like paste. It's just a bit too much of a hassle to make it an regular part of my dog's meal routine. If you have a smaller dog that requires significantly less powder, it's probably much better!
