Transition Instructions
When transitioning to a new pet food, do so slowly over a period of about 7 to 10 days, mixing an increasing amount of new food with old food each day: Start with 75% old food mixed with 25% new food for approximately three days. Then mix 50% old with 50% new for approximately three days.

Pups seem to love it!
While yhe kibble bites are not the smallest, my pup who usually turns her nose up to bigger kibble, gobbles this food down! So far we are really happy with this food, and it seems to be sitting well with their tummies too!
Expensive Waste of Food and Money
What can I say? This is a food that I thought my dog would love since she devours Barkworthies tripe and fresh tripe when I prepare it for her. Since she is a red meat eater, of the choices available I chose beef and had planned to try venison next time. Based on the smell of the food when I opened the bag, I believe tripe definitely is the first ingredient as stated. I have offered my Mastiff this food multiple times since it arrived and no matter how it is served (topper, straight in a dish, or mixed with other real food she typically receives) this food is left behind. The pieces are incredibly small for a giant breed dog. Whether it's the flavor or the size of the food, this is a miss. I won't purchase it again.

PetKind Please keep making this dog food. My dog is allergic to everything except beef. Just recently found this out. It is hard to find a dog food with just beef in it without other proteins being added to it as well as eggs, and rice. I have been a PetKind customer for a long time. So grateful that you introduced this new food.It is a lifesaver for me. Very glad I can find it on Chewy.
