Can I use this product on my cat?

PetLab Co. ProBright Advanced Chicken Flavored Powder Dental Supplement for Dogs has been formulated for dogs. It is not recommended to make it a part of a cat’s at-home dental routine.

Is the formula different for different sizes of dogs or is there just a different sized scoop in the jar?

Can I use this to brush my dog's teeth like a tooth powder?

This supplement is not intended to be used as a toothpaste for brushing your dog's teeth. While it would not be harmful to use it in this way, it would not deliver the full range of benefits that the product is designed to provide. ProBright Advanced is formulated to support a healthy gut, target tartar build-up, and support healthy teeth and gums when administered with your dog's food. For optimal results, it is recommended to follow the label guidelines and administer it daily with food.

What size is considered a medium dog?

I'm A Believer!

We have to small dogs, a Cherrier, Odie and mini long haired D.achshund, Tucker. Odie found us, and Tucker was one of 20 rescued from a horder house in 2020. Oldie's breath was NOT pleasant...and he's a licker, Tucker had bad teeth from the beginning. They are both 9 yrs old. For the past 2 years we have had to pay over $2,000 for their teeth cleaning/extractions. We started ProBright and almost immediately saw a change! Odie doesn't get "eweww!" from grandkids when greeted with kisses, and Tucker's teeth have almost ZERO tarter! He was also a timid eater and right away started eating his food when fed! We mix with dry kibble and tiny amount baked chicken. Stir in the powder and that's it. I HIGHLY recommend you give this a try!!

I bought this a few months ago and gave it faithful to my two picky fur babies. It's simple to use just sprinkle 1 scoop on their food and that's it. It started to work right away. This product uncovered and under line problem my dog Nyla had (rotten tooth). She is a senior dog (rescue). I ended up two hours away in another state to correct her problem (rotten tooth). This product saved my fur babies life!!! A rotten tooth can lead to so many other health conditions. Using ProBright Advanced has been a life changer!!! To be honest, I have not even opened the jar. I read on the directions that they recommend consult with a vet before using. My next regular vet appointment isn't until April, and I don't want to make an extra one just for this. Next I observed on the directions that it should be added to dry food... only I don't feed my girl dry food, I add green beans for volume (weight control, folks, we're talking labs with bottomless tummys here). So, would it even work added to green beans? Too many questions, and it may just sit in my cupboard for months.

Made my senior dog lethargic after several uses

We gave it to her daily and around the second week we noticed she became lethargic. We used the whole tub but no real change.

I don't give it to him everyday but usually either every other day or every 3rd day. We've used it about 2 weeks now, and there's been a noticeable difference in his breath. He went from some questionable smells (even with dental chews, and all those things) to a neutral smell. That makes me happy, obviously its going in the right direction. Plus he doesn't mind the taste, he's not begging for it, but he seems to enjoy it as a 'condiment' to some of his foods. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to give their dogs a dental boost. We're still enjoying gaining new benefits as we move along.

I was skeptical about this product because it seemed too good to be true. My dogs have inly been on it for 2 weeks and they already have much better breath (!) and

My dogs have inly been on it for 2 weeks and they already have much better breath (!) and my oldest dog’s teeth are showing significantly improvement. I am just sorry that I didn’t take a before pic but I really wasn’t expecting such a noticeable improvement.

After three days and three doses she became ill, vomiting and diarrhea. The only change in her diet was this additive. Symptoms subsided once discontinued use. Proceed with caution.

I feel like I poisoned him. I feel awful, he feels awful. I read reviews before purchasing but experiences are individual. We had a bad one. We are done with this and getting it out of our house.
