Petlibro Dockstream Battery Operated Cat Water Fountain + 1 Replacement Wireless Pump, 84-oz, Black

Bought it when we brought another cat into our house to replace a smaller one that was a different brand, the amount of water it holds is impressive. I also appreciate the wireless base as well and it's ability to be detached to be filled. I like that it has less parts and that the filter can be reused after cleaned. We've had it two weeks, so far so good! It's also really quiet.

There was too much involved for a simple cat fountain. It wasn't described as being motion activated by a cat and didn't want to change. I thought a wireless fountain would be great but these are more bother than they are worth. Sending both back.

The product worked as advertised for the first 2 or 3 weeks. Unfortunately, that's it. Since the it has been slowly declining; both in filtering as well as water flow pressure. Subsequently and in efforts to try to get the best performance out of the product, we did the following: 1) Cleaned the unit thoroughly every week (inside and out / including filters) 2) Stopped running on wireless power and instead went to 24x7 plugged in to outlet 3) Removed black filter that resides in back-end of the pump (at bottom of water tank) 4) Removed white filter that resides in the plastic container (in lid of water tank) At this point we have run out of ideas to get the product to operate as it should and the water flow is so low that our cats are no longer using it. We will try this product again to see if we can get better results - if we can, we will update this review. If not, then we will try another product all together.
