Review for shipping

So I ordered this fountain through chewy and I know it it’s got mixed reviews. Maybe one of the problems is they don’t actually ship it in a shipping box they ship

So I ordered this fountain through chewy and I know it it’s got mixed reviews. Maybe one of the problems is they don’t actually ship it in a shipping box they ship it in its retail box. The first one I got was shipped in the retail box and it was messed up. It’s an electronic and it’s wild to ship it like that. I had to talk to two customer service people and thankfully the second person was super helpful. They set up a return and said that it would be shipped out in a box. Well it came super fast but it still in the retail box. At least the box isn’t open squished and dented but it’s not even taped shut. I know Chey to be amazing at packaging their shipments so I’m not sure why it’s being sent like this even after requested. Maybe it’s a Petlibro shipment? Either way, I really hope this one works and doesn’t have issues like the reviews say. I’ll come back and write another review for the actual fountain later.

Had it for maybe 6 months. It wasn't so bad the first few months, but over time it started to leak more and more. I have no idea where or how it's leaking, but I gaslit myself into believing the cats were doing it (even though this was never an issue with other fountains) until today, when I filled it up and 2 hours later all of the water was on the floor. I finally threw it away in a fit of rage. Never buying from this brand again.

Stopped Working

This is sooooo frustrating, I turned it off to clean it and had to wait a few days til the filters came in and now it won’t work, I did a reset and re balanced it,

i love this fountain especially because i can track both of their water intake! i didn’t love the collar it came with, so i purchase different ones and removed the

i love this fountain especially because i can track both of their water intake! i didn’t love the collar it came with, so i purchase different ones and removed the RFID tag and put it on their new collars. works like a charm! highly recommend, set up is easy as is the maintenance. the app tells you when it needs to be refilled, when you need to replace the filters/clean it, and connects to your wifi!

Tracking system doesn't work

My male cat just had surgery to remove his bladder stones. I was excited to try this water fountain to track his water intake and prevent future health issues. However, the tracking system doesn't work. On the first day, it seemed to work ok? but on the second day, it said that my cats didn't drink any water. I got very anxious and was thinking maybe they didn't get used to the new water fountain. However, on the third day, I stayed home and watched my cat drinking water from the fountain for 20 seconds, but the app didn't record it. The app said my cat only drank 0.003oz water for 2 seconds. Maybe the sensor is not strong enough to sense the cat's collar since my cat has long hair. It doesn't do the job that I paid for! I'm disappointed and sad. I hope anyone will provide tips for me to trouble shoot!

We have 26 indoor cats, I am on the lookout for water fountains every day. I was excited about this one so that I could monitor fluid intake, however the unit didn’t work from day one. It just had so many problems very hard to figure out sometimes the Wi-Fi symbol would just be blinking and it just would not produce the water flow. The filters did not seem to fit. I just overall was really disappointed and I actually ended up paying like $168for this one.
