Good product, great customer service from Chewy

The Petlibro RFID fountain takes a different filter kit than the other Petlibro fountains. It is inexplicably difficult to find the correct kit for my RFID fountains,

The Petlibro RFID fountain takes a different filter kit than the other Petlibro fountains. It is inexplicably difficult to find the correct kit for my RFID fountains, so I was excited when I saw that Chewy had a listing for a clearly-labeled filter kit that is compatible with the RFID fountain. I ordered three boxes, which should be enough filters to last me for the next year. When the package arrived, my heart sank because I had been sent three boxes of filters for a different model of fountain. I called Chewy , a human picked up right away, and they immediately offered to send me the correct product. I was concerned that I might end up with three more boxes of the wrong product, but the next day FedEx dropped the correct filter kits for the RFID fountain. I am very impressed by Chewy's response. Even though their staff originally picked the wrong item for my order, they owned that mistake and made it extremely easy for me to get it fixed. Chewy will be my first stop for pet supplies from now on.
